When evaluating 3PL's consider their culture. Will this third party work to achieve my company's goals and objectives, or are they trying to place my operation into one of their existing formulaes. Will the 3PL selected have a sense of dedication to the tasks at hand. Will the 3PL continue to strive for my company. Will this third party complete the project and will my company have increased value at the end of the project.
